General Overview of BMO

U.S. General Services Administration(GSA) has divided the country into geographical zones in which Building Maintenance and Operation (BMO) service contractors can provide multiple service requirements and tasks in a streamlined, efficient and in many cases a cost saving manner to federal facilities. The BMO contract vehicle is a government-wide Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) which was granted a “Best in Class” designation from OMB. This provides agencies with a total solution, including flexibilities in contract type, time & materials, labor hours, or a hybrid of these.

Contractor Capabilities for BMO

Our experience and success with commercial, government, state and municipalities in many states, has allowed S.J. Services to be awarded this contract.
