S. J. Services’ management team ensures our clients receive consistent professional service and accountability from our staff. Each member of our management team is highly experienced in managing facilities maintenance and janitorial programs, and is responsible for the quality of our services.
Each facility is assigned one dedicated building supervisor, who directly oversees all staff facility and ensures the completion of regularly scheduled tasks. The building supervisor is available to you 24-hours a day to respond to any emergency need, and is in daily communication with the area supervisor regarding requests for additional services or specific areas which may require focused attention.
Your area supervisor is your direct contact, and is responsible for ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. Area supervisors are also available 24-hours-a-day, and typically visit each site on a daily basis to review the facility under active business conditions.
Quality Control Manager
We are dedicated to ensuring that you receive the highest-quality services, which is why our quality control managers conduct frequent, unscheduled visits of every facility to review the facility’s conditions and make sure our quality standards are met. Quality control managers also provide training sessions of all of our employees.
Executive management is personally invested in every client, and is available to you at any time. We regularly work with our clients to adjust our services to meet changing needs or to review a facilities maintenance program and suggest cost-saving opportunities.
